Brand Partnerships Manager

About Us
We transform historic homes in Upstate New York into design-forward short-term rentals. Our properties are character-rich, thoughtfully curated, and built to deliver standout guest experiences. Beyond design, we collaborate with like-minded brands to bring each project to life. We’re looking for someone to take ownership of managing and expanding these partnerships.

We’re hiring a Brand Partnerships Manager to lead our outreach and relationship-building with design, lifestyle, and home brands. You’ll identify potential partners for our projects and manage the full process from pitch to fulfilling the partnerships. Your job is to make sure we’re consistently securing beautiful, aligned products and collaborations that enhance our spaces and storytelling.

This is a creative, communication-driven role that requires initiative, taste, and follow-through. You’ll be in regular contact with brand reps, PR teams, and our internal design and marketing team to coordinate partnerships and deliverables. If something’s not moving forward, you’ll be the one to step in, problem-solve, and keep momentum.

What You’ll Do

- Identify and research brands that align with our aesthetic and values across categories like furniture, lighting, finishes, and building materials

- Craft and send thoughtful outreach emails and pitches to potential partners for upcoming projects and brand collaborations

- Negotiate partnership terms — whether product gifting, trade discounts, or paid collaborations

- Maintain communication with brands throughout each project, ensuring all details and deliverables are clear

- Track all partnerships in an organized system (e.g., Notion or Airtable), including contact info, partnership value, deadlines, and deliverables

- Coordinate internally to make sure we’re meeting agreed-upon posting requirements and deadlines

- Summarize partnership outcomes, including content delivered, product value secured, and paid collaborations completed

What We’re Looking For
- Confident, proactive communicator who enjoys outreach and relationship-building

- Organized and detail-oriented (you can keep track of multiple moving pieces with ease)

- Creative thinker who understands brand alignment and visual storytelling

- Comfortable with pitching and negotiating

- Passionate about design, interiors, and thoughtful branding

- Deeply immersed in internet culture (you know what brands are emerging, which collaborations feel fresh, and what’s trending online before it hits the mainstream)

- Someone who naturally spots opportunities and can translate online trends into meaningful brand partnerships

- Self-directed and comfortable working remotely

Bonus Points If You
- Have experience working within the influencer industry

- Are excited about small teams, high standards, and beautiful, thoughtful spaces
