Is there a guest rental agreement, security hold, or ID verification required?

Yes. A guest rental agreement, a security hold (which is not a security deposit but is allowable on Airbnb), and ID verification are required for your stay.

What is your cancellation policy, and where can I find the details?

Our cancellation policy will be clearly displayed on the "Confirm and Pay" page before booking.

We highly recommend reading it carefully, as it applies to both cancellations and date changes.

You will also have the option to add trip insurance, which we strongly suggest for added flexibility.

Are pets allowed, and what are the pet fees?

Yes, we allow up to 3 dogs per stay for $75 per pet.

How are pet fees handled through Airbnb?
When booking, if you indicate that you’re bringing pets, Airbnb will automatically add the fee for the first pet. We will then send a request for any additional pet fees after booking.

Can I bring more than 3 dogs?
Possibly! If you’d like to bring more than 3 dogs, please send us an inquiry. We approve requests on a case-by-case basis.

Is the outdoor shower available year-round?

The outdoor shower is winterized from November through March and not available during those months. However, we do provide a hose to fill the tubs for cold plunges, and the hot tub and sauna are available year-round.

Is there water nearby, and are there any safety concerns?

Yes, the hot tub is accessible on the back deck and does not have a gate or lock.

And our property is riverfront, so for safety reasons, children should be supervised at all times near any body water.

Are there security cameras on the property?

We have a Ring camera in the backyard and a Ring doorbell at the front of the home.

There are NO cameras inside the home.

Are smoke and carbon monoxide alarms installed in the home?

Yes, both smoke alarms and carbon monoxide alarms are installed for your safety.

Does the home require climbing stairs?

Yes, please note that stairs are required to access the home.
